RESULT

How it works

Paste or type any text and switch between 10 case styles with one click — from simple UPPERCASE to developer formats like camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case and kebab-case.

When to use each case

  • Title Case — headlines, book titles, menu items (capitalize main words, skip articles/short prepositions).
  • Sentence case — the modern default for UI text and emails: only the first word and proper nouns capitalized. Reads friendlier.
  • UPPERCASE — sparingly: acronyms, warnings, emphasis of one word. Full sentences in caps read as shouting.
  • lowercase — normalizing pasted text (e.g. song lists, code identifiers) before reformatting.
  • camelCase / snake_case — programming conventions: variables, file names, config keys.

The case for correct casing

Casing is invisible when right and jarring when wrong. The styles in this converter each solve a real formatting job:

  • Sentence case — the quiet default of modern interfaces and emails. Only the first word and proper nouns capitalized; reads as human.
  • Title Case — headlines and book titles. Capitalize main words, skip articles and short prepositions (the AP/Chicago style most publications use).
  • UPPERCASE and lowercase — normalizing pasted text before reformatting; also the building blocks for acronyms and code identifiers.
  • camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case — the programmer's quartet: variables (camelCase), classes (Pascal), file names (kebab), database fields (snake).
  • Small-caps party trick: ᴛʏᴘÉĒÉ´Éĸ ƟÉĒᴋᴇ ᴛʜÉĒs uses Unicode — it works in bios, but screen readers may stumble; use for flair, not information.
